- The Combined Authority released its Net Zero strategy in December 2022. It outlines a high-level strategic approach which brings together existing strategies and activities to outline how partners across the region can deploy their distinctive strengths to power the national transition to Net Zero, while delivering prosperity and opportunity locally.
- The Local Industrial Strategy, produced in 2019 in line the Combined Authority’s Strategic Investment Plan, sets out the region’s ambitions to boost productivity, with clean energy, low carbon and hydrogen put front and foremost in this effort.
